M talking w/ Mrs. C, Mr Tommy’s wife, a fine elder lady. I need a ride to Reidsville. Now m talkin’ to Mister Tommy about getting a ride to Reidsville. He may be able to help me. Now getting ready to pound the pavement, hit the road, carry my load of books and papers. Ciao!

Must get off computer now. Am trying to get a ride to Reidsville. Oh shucks! TART doesn’t have a bus running from G-ville to R-ville today.

So Mr. Tommy gave me a ride to Reidsville. I hitchhiked from there to Vidalia to my lawyer’s appointment. The next day, I got caught in the rain coming back, as I pushed a cart full of aluminum cans to make some spending money. Began to get hypothermic. Details later.
