get over my fear of stickers and small dirty pieces of paper

I know!!! For me it feels the same as running a lolly stick through my closed teeth or finger nails down a black board/ sweeky noise from board marker when writing. They send shivers down my spine! The worst is name tags at an event or plasters that doctors give you. You have to explain to them that you simply cant have them and its really embarrassing! Thing is, is that its quite easy to live a normal life without encountering to many of them except when people diliberatly put them on you or themselves beacuse they love your reaction. I wish i could tone down my reaction as then they will stop doing it to me but i just cant, its a reflex action! I cant even say the word. STICKER. UGGGGG!!!

Thank god someone else has it. I feel sick writing about it. People think I’m insane!

It’s creepy…well it’s more like I’m afraid of the glue on most stickers, I can’t let it touch me, I get gaggy and sick and heated and I wanna puke…It’s sad, I have to let a lot of people take off the sticker off my apples n’ junk, when I went to school and a teacher put a sticker on my paper saying “good job” and crap I had to toss it then talk with the teacher about my fear. some stickers I’m cool with those bumper stickers and some like that.
