fall asleep outside watching the stars with someon i care about

with the love of my life, watching fireworks, it was heaven

I only did this a couple of times with someone special, a long time ago. But it was magical. It was a little cold, but we kept each other warm in a sleeping bag, and I don’t think that I ever felt as peaceful, wonderful, or serene anytime since.

lying on your back holding hands across a blanket, in total piece just with your thoughs but knowing the person that you love or care about is lying there connecting with you, wow what a awsome experience

my (then) 3 year old son and I slept out on the balcony of our holiday chalet in the French Alps in June. My partner wouldn’t join in, he said we’d get too cold. My son and I fell asleep snuggled up together under a beautiful clear starry sky.

maybe we’ll do this after we go to the drive in movie theater. i know its all totally cliche, but i don’t care, its what i want and i’m not embarrassed about it.
