2 weeks going on 3 and this goal is in full effect! Do workout tapes at home and just hit the weight room today for a new training circuit. Trick will be to find the time. I do feel better already.
Another passion I have lost over the past several years. I want to regain the energy that exercise has given me in the past. Although I only have a little “excess” baggage, I don’t have the definition or tone that I want. Want to be ready for cute sundresses and tops this summer!
