Why support the death of more turkeys, when I can celebrate in the sustainability of cheese?
The plan is this Thursday (Thanksgiving), go to the grocery store and buy 3-5 different cheeses and just marvel in the texture and taste of all the crazy kinds of cheeses that always seem to exist in every super market. With all the varieties of cheeses out there, someone must explore and try to appreciate all of them.

And so, my quest continues with the consumption of Goat cheese. This is a type of cheese that should not be missed! It is so dense, creamy, and smooth. Goat cheese has a distinct flavor which I can not find the correct words to describe at the moment. Its consistency is close to that of soft cream cheese. I found it to be quite good with an assortment of crackers, but my favorite combination was with soredough bread rounds.
The sun was shinning and my roommate and I decided to go to the grocery store. We were strolling down the isles when we caught sight of what we called the “cheese island”. We were over come by the immense variety of cheeses available in every shape, size, color and texture. It was then that I decided I needed to eventually try them all. And thus began my pursuit to discover and experience the cornucopia of cheese available at the grocery store.
