A had a terrble flu, so last week I wasn’t up to the exercise challenge. But now I’m better, so I had my 10 minute walk. I hadn’t realised it, but I walk a lot doing my errands. Well, maybe not a lot… Still, it’s not really what I need. And due to money/schedule issues, I can’t really exercise the ways I’d like to, which would be Aikido and Yoga classes. Maybe I could settle for some at-home yoga. Should be better than nothing….

Finally, I posted the whole challenge on my livejournal:

It needs a ton of html coding. I’m gradually working on formatting it.
Anyone who wishes to copy it, join in the challenge again, go for it! I’ll be here.
Though I’m focusing my attentions on other stuff right now.

i can’t really say i’ve “done” it—it’s an ongoing process. but i’ve printed the whole thing out and will hopefully continue to learn from it. i thoroughly enjoyed being in this team and hearing about how you were all doing. thanks, everybody.
Tidd's is BACK! has finished the City 2 Surf run!!
Like many people here, I was unsure if I should mark this goal as done as I missed a number of the challenges due to work constraints. However I still got a lot out of the six weeks and I take more notice of things like stress levels, eating habits, calming thoughts, breathing properly, decluttering living spaces, exercise etc etc. So even though I missed some of the daily challenges, I’m still giving this the big tick as I could take positive aspects away from it.
Thanks for all the support from everyone over the last six weeks – I hope you all had some form of personal success from this :)
marking this off as done as I didn’t do all of the challenges, far from it actually. Still I enjoyed the ones I did do. It also had another unexpected side benefit as I ended up meditating more during this period (often instead of doing the challenges – go figure!).
End Mindless Eating.
Actually, that’s an easy one for me. I enjoy my food, most of the time. I just have to not allow myself to become so enthralled in a task I forget to eat and then devour my food because I feel like I’m starving.

ok, so it’s been busy around here, and i’ve lost sight of this awesome challenge.
what i did to encourage fulfilling this challenge, and even doing the whole process over:
i copied and pasted each day’s challenge into a file and have it saved on my mac.
not sure how iVillage works … if they keep challenges like these online for long periods of time.
so if anyone wants a particular challenge or the whole six weeks, i can post it here, in my livejournal or email it to you.

if I should put this in the I`ve done this or I give up category. I wish there was an option inbetween!
So much has happened in my life lately, and I have not been able to have much focus on it. However, I have done some of the challenges. And some of the ones I didn`t do, I atleast read through, and I hope to get back to some of them. So I`m putting it in the I`ve done it category after all. And thanks for inviting me to the team, the ones I did I found really useful!
