remember to brush my teeth

So I keep forgetting to do this. I forgot for almost three days because I hadn’t left the house. I remembered, though, when I had something between my teeth, I went to pick it out, and with it (it was from corn), came a bunch of plaque. Gross.

I just forget. Sometimes I remember and chose not to, It’s bad for my teeth. I don’t want to be an old lady with dentures when I get old. I don’t want to have to use polident and take my teeth out to clean them.
