be a film director

I really want to be a film director. Larry Clark is my inspiration and I am positive this is what I want to do with my life. I want to change peoples views and oppinons through my movies. I’d perferably want to make documentaries on problems people of this generation face. Nobody thinks I can do it but I can’t wait to show those people that doubted me what’s up. Fuck everyone that says I can’t do it, I’m going to.

i’ve alway wanted to do this, ever since i can remember, i really wanna go to this film school but its like £33,000 for 2 years there! i don’t think i’ll be able to do that, which im gutted about, but it just means im gonna have to work harder to get were i wanna go :)

I wana be a director and there are many things I wana make and for it I just want any opportunity. And im ready to do my best n wish u all the best, which wana be director. I believe that I u do ur best then wait and be hopeful and believe in God.
Second thing is that there are alote of things we have to do before the big one. Practice makes the man perfect. I want to give the people, the real smile, and the real joy. My direction wants to do different and better and close to the others heartbeat.

No one is going to stop me from being a film director. I make short films with my friends and cousins all the time. I write, film, cast, finance, the whole thing. My ultimate hero in life is Steven Spielberg. I like to make almost any kind of movie with a great story. I want to win an Oscar for best director or best picture when I grow up too. I’m committed to movies 100%

but can be a huge pain in the butt!
I shot a short on 16mm earlier this summer and would love to do another one, but may have to settle for video until I have more $$ or an idea good enough to collect grants for!
I want to learn more about the production and editing processes!

i am going to be a film director no matter what!!! iv already made two shorts and im currently doing a stop motion animation. i write the script, i storyboard the film, i cast actors, i doing the camera work, editing, producing, directing [ofcourse]. my hero is tim burton – he is original, quirky and entertaining. i want to be the female version of him. I prefer to do psychological films or gothic films as they’re more interseting to me. my dream is to win an oscar for best picture, i feel like it’s not the actors that make a film great but the overall work that goes into making a film.

Me and my mate (who also wans to be a director) have almost finished writing a short film which we will have finished shooting hopefully by the end of the summer holidays, but I’m on holiday for 2 of the weeks so it doesn’t look likely…:S

Sara has a property that Disney turned down, and she seems to feel that her agent simply couldn’t close. So, we have some people in the ‘mond who have been doing trailers for a living and I’m going to direct! But I have to get her to write the screenplay, or write it myself. And really since she owns it, I have to wait and see what happens.

In the meantime, I have no idea if I can make this happen, I have too many peoples cooperation to get.

This is my lifelong passion and well their aren’t that many female directors, so I would increase that total, and of course help make fantastic, inspiring movies that people all over the world would say “did you see…. it was the best film I’ve ever seen”- or along the lines of that. well so i guess I should better go start getting practise in, I wonder if you can buy those clapper boards, nah don’t worry I’m off to my shed to create my own.
