watch more Doctor Who episodes

I’ve seen all the new episodes at least twice (With the exception of Love and Monsters – once was quite enough, thank you.) but I’ve only seen a few older ones.
There was a classic who marathon on SciFi a few weeks ago and I managed to catch The Ark in Space, Logopolis and Earthshock. They were all awesome (although Adric annoyed the crap out of me.) and I really want to see more. =]

Where the heck have I been?? I thought last night’s episode was the season 3 finale, but season 4?? Good grief. I think I’ve only seen season 1, half of season 2, a very little bit of 3, and 1 episode of 4 (I guess). Dang. I have some catching up to do, but no access to those episodes… Anyway – last night’s episode was great. I’m really interested in seeing where they’re going to go from there. It’s kind of at the point where the series can have a fresh start. I’d like to see some more episodes where they deal with some of the things having to do with past incarnations.

Watched the season finale last Friday with my 2nd oldest daughter. What an awesome episode! Both my daughter and I guessed the identity of the main villain at the same time. Hearing his voice gave me the same feeling I got from hearing Darth Vader’s breathing in Revenge of the Sith. I want to see this one again before the next one airs next Friday, but I don’t see how I can.

Now I’m to eleven. I’ve bought a DVD set (Long Game though the entire Empty Child arc)

I’m obsessed at only…FOUR EPISODES!

The title escapes me. I haven’t watched it yet. My second daughter would skin me alive if I watched it without her, and she’s been dashedly busy lately. Perhaps this Sunday. That’s my fun day. My I-don’t-have-to-run-day. (No it’s not really – I actually hate Sundays.)

Finally! I’ve been wanting to see this one for years! I missed it when it was shown on PBS years ago, and when I tried to order the dvd, it kept getting back-ordered. The wonders of ebay have finally gently placed this tidbit of cheese into my greedy grasp. This is a classic episode. The regeneration from Baker to Davison, and the introduction of Tegan and Nyssa as regular characters. With the master thrown in and the creators of the timelord’s tardis’ (with their big-old crazy brains protruding from the backs of their heads!) Awesome.

John Pertwee episode (4th Dr). A good one! I forgot that Pertwee was such a butt-kicker – he was throwing out more crazy space-karate moves than I was ready for! I like that older style Master too. It seems in these 4th DR episodes, the Master and the Dr seem to always end up assisting each other at some point. There’s no use describing the plot for this one.

Three older episodes should be arriving soon, and I’ve recently acquired a few of the ‘new’ 2nd series episodes.
