bathe a baby/child

With both kids. My first one had trouble with any sensory experience early in life. But now, he loves the water and bath time is his favorite. My second child likes being in the tub, but it takes forever to get her there—that’s a strong-willed child for you! LOL :)

He was fearful of all water, bath or otherwise, until he started swimming as a teen. Bathtime was fraught with kicking and wailing.

...they love the water (usually). I have been a nanny most of my adult life. So I have given Lots of baths. One of my favorite times of the day.

Be extra-careful. They might pee on you… in my case… definately not worth it…
Also, if you are aparent… bathing a child… ummm… keep a change of clothes.

I have a nephew who is 2 and I have given him several baths and it’s fun when you see a baby smiling playing in the water.
