one of these lets you upload videos for $25 / year, which I paid, only to find out the video quality is crap! I need to investigate that more but I’m thinking that is not going to be the solution I’d hoped for…

also serves to back things up – I can just hire the nerd or the geek to come to my place and set up a remote back up at some other site.

slow very slow start. mom and dad gave us each a few dvds that they had converted for christmas. Those are nice. I have to get copies of what deb and steve got and I also need to get copies made of all the stuff I have on video tape. Finally, I need to back up my home movies of monsieur JD… argh. it is such a major project yet what is the alternative? I gotta find time to do it!
I want to save my years of hula tapes on DVD and share them with my hula sisters.
I noticed in a catalogue through the door that these gadgets are available. I don’t know if there are others but it’s a lot easier than trying to do this with a capture card.
Ashley Doom is tired!!!
i’ve been wanting to do this for awhile. i can’t watch a home video without my VCR eating my tapes. i’m afraid to watch them anymore because i don’t want the VCR to eat them. Does anyone know how i could do this?? or where i could go to get this done?
My Dad has a degree in this field and has been helping people with this for five or more years now. His price is lower than all his competition and those who do it themselves or go somewhere else often take the work to him later to have him redo it corectly.
Did it on my own DVD recorder, and it was worth every penny. The first was of a compilation of 8mm film home movies dating back to 1952. Way cool.
