and I can see a huge difference. The process is easy and it’s working. The first night the new tray goes in is definitely an Advil night—but that is the smartest way to do it. Give them the night and try to sleep away with the new tray in.

Got my bumps today—and my next three weeks of Invisalign trays. Need to change them out every two weeks. Going to follow this to the letter. 5 years ago

As I was going through my goals I wondered why my teeth felt so good..because I forgot to put my Invisaligns back in! They were out for about 2 hours today which is fine, but how can I forget the sensation of having plastic wrapped around your upper and lower teeth.

Picked up tray one of I don’t know how many (I’ll get my next tray in two weeks) and it wasn’t so bad. Actually getting the impressions done with the grout stuff in your mouth not moving for a full five minutes was harder.

Read a story about a business woman who went with Invisaligns because she dined with clients frequently, and she wanted to be able to take them off. Well when she first got them and was at the restaurant meeting clients, she couldn’t get those things off. So you can’t eat with them so she just sat there drinking water.

Well I couldn’t get mine on today. The tops went on fine, the bottoms (where I have overcrowding) didn’t want to go on. The orthodont. tried and slipped ‘em right on.

The key for putting them on I’m told is to start with the front teeth and move to the back. When taking them off start with the back on one side, and pull them off.

They also have a crochet hook kind of thing called a smiley, to help you get them off. And “chewies” foam things you chew on a bit to get the trays snug on your teeth.

Honestly I can’t even tell I’m wearing braces on my teeth. I thought I’d talk funny too…nope, at least not yet. Maybe tray #2.

AND..you don’t snack at all. Who wants to pull these things out, snack, floss, and brush. 5 years ago

Had my appt today.

Sure…I was wayyyy older than the kid that came before me getting pictures done/xrays. She was 9.

The appointment for Invisaligns took about three hours. Lots of pictures, profiles, xrays of the skull.

Then impressions done so they can make up my first set of trays.

Those should be here in 6-8 weeks.

The process should take a year and I will have straight teeth! 6 years ago

But they were perfectly straight after I got my braces off the first time. The bottoms went a bit crooked again. I want to get Invisaligns and just take care of it. PS…been using the Whitening Mouthwash and the dentist thought I got my teeth whitened, that stuff works. 6 years ago
