change the locks

my super had my keys! While we were breaking into my mailbox today, I described them to him. He said someone had found them by the trash cans, but he didn’t know who they belonged to. He’d gone through the mailboxes trying to figure out who had them, and my mail key worked in my neighbor’s lock too.

I still need to get copies of my mailbox key, but that’s a lot less work… I might switch the lock out eventually anyway, but I’m in no rush now.

I lost my keys this weekend for the first time in a long time. I had no identifiable information on my keyring, but I’m still going to change out one of my locks. I have no extra mailbox key, so I have to get a brand new lock for that before I can get any of my mail.

I can probably get this done tomorrow, since I have the day off… I need to find the card for the guy I used.

Not necessary as I prev. thought.

Got the handy dude to come help me with this next week. Feels better than I thought it would.!!!!
