it was a blast but not because it was all about having fun – a typical super extra partying time. hardships also matter, and are even more precious than sunny days.

the best way to see how you changed is to go back to the place you haven’t been for a long time.

I need to write a book about this :) It was the best thing in my life :) Visited England, Germany, Austria, USA, Italy :) I met million people, did 101 various jobs, and my name was pronounced in 496 different ways. If you ever consider doing this never hesitate, follow your dream and be happy to live!
In the beginning, I was thinking that it’s a year off but in fact it was a year on because I feel that by “turning off” from the life in my Polish little town I in fact turned on to everything that the rest of the world has to offer.

it has been amazing, one of the top 5 things i have ever done. i have laughed, cried, been disgusted and amazed – i feel totally alive and engaged every minute of every day.

I am actually in the process of this goal right now. I moved to Hawaii in January… one year of bliss has begun!

its march 17th and we are leaving mauritius (island off the east coast of africa). we had an amazing visit to cape town and are now headed to india. i’m so looking forward to all of asia. can’t believe 2 months left to go. its going by alternately fast as hell and slow as hell, but i wouldn’t change a thing!

I just decided to quit my job with no preconceived idea of what would come next. Someone suggested to me, ‘You can go away for three months’. So I did, but it turned into 6 months and then turned into half living in one country and half in another.

Just do it. The universe supported me and it was wonderful.

working with semester at sea is amazing, exhilarating and exhausting. i hopped on board jan 29th and its almost a month later (feb 25th), finally getting my work legs, sea legs, etc. nassau bahamas, puerto rico and salvador brazil under our belts. AMAZING!
