I was inspired by seeing corzetti / croxetti. These are coin shaped pasta from the Liguria region, as depicted in the photo. You use a special stamp to get the design on there. The design makes the sauce adhere to the pasta better.
I did not know pasta is made from flour, egg and oil. Maybe I could make it! It could be easier to start with a simpler shape but I’d like to make croxetti! 20 months ago
