    The number of times that I have turned around when someone’s been insulting etc to someone else, and yet I unintentionally do it myself.
    This is something I’d really like to change. If everyone did this, the world would be a much better place.

    I have been just making sure that when I look at any person, I am looking for what it is that makes them special, or unique, and I found that this really does help.

    Even the apparently official people, you can appreciate that they are very disciplined in their approach, and they are doing their job very well.
