switch to energy efficient lightbulbs

I was hesitant to do this because I hadn’t done the research to figure out which CFL bulbs were quality (my boyfriend bought a bunch at CostCo and they were a hideous light quality….Urf!)

I ordered some GE bulbs (#15517). I’m replacing first the lights that tend to stay on for longer periods (one in living room, one in office) because apparently you get the most benefit with lights you don’t turn on and off frequently. (I guess if you are going to turn the light back on within 20 minutes it’s better to leave CFLs on or they burn out faster.)
