have managed to drag my bum out of the house and do three miles about every day this week. bravo me. finally breaking out of my winter/spring/summer lull of not doing anything.

started running again. Kind of painful starting back up from hibernation but managed to go about 3 miles a couple of times this week
weeeeellll its winter, but I might as well start running now so I don’t collapse while training for XC in the summer (and not cram all my mileage in at the end of the summer like last year). But man, the treadmill is sooo boring. And three miles on it is like death, but three miles on the road is a piece of cake.
