I used to do this and I’d like to start again. If I drink it in the morning than I’ll do it regularly.

BlackEyedEma Standing in the Way of Control!!!
I’ve been drinking green tea for two months, and I rarely skip it. I haven’t noticed any great changes yet, but I feel better, it’s true!
Piratefandango manateee :D
Been drinking Jasmine tea for a while now, it’s improved my skin and tastes like flowers :)
I’ve been drinking 3-5 mugs of green tea each day for about 3 days now in an effort to cleanse my insides and ward off cravings for sugary/fatty foods. I’m using this alongside Jenny Craig to get my body in shape, and after I lose the weight I plan to switch to a fish, dairy, and veggie diet. The fats in fish are better for you than in other meats, and still has protien. I know that a lot of dairy is bad for you but damn if I’m not a cheese person. (Soy cheese does NOT compare, I tried it.)
I see tons of studies and theories on the internet about tons of health benefits of drinking tea, everything from weight loss to clearer skin to overall well-being (Maybe because tea is so relaxing?). Can’t hurt to try!
I made myself a cup first thing. If I drink it first thing in the morning I think I can remember to do it….
a good habit! :) My favorite is Stash’s green and white tea. White tea is suppousedly just as good (or better) for you than green tea.
I really don’t care for green tea on its own, but I started drinking tea for the health benefits after reading Superfoods. Then I discovered Stash Chai Green Tea; I drink it because I like it, whatever the health benefits may be. I buy it at Kroger. I also like their Breakfast Fusion Green & Black Tea, which is funny because I don’t care for green or black tea on their own but this particular mix is great. Their Earl Green isn’t bad but it’s only offered as a loose tea and I prefer bags. I have to order those online though; my Kroger store doesn’t carry them.
