In bed just on 10pm last night. Fell asleep maybe around 11:00? If anything, at least im falling asleep before midnight now!

Not so good.
Originally in bed at 8:30, watched tv. Out of bed at 9:30, back at 10:00. Then read forever (just didn’t feel sleepy) so i probably didn’t fall asleep untill 11:30pm. grrr…
Last night i was in bed by 10pm.. but for some reason i still couldn’t fall asleep untill about 1am. How annoying!
At least im keeping this goal on track tho.. hopefully my silly mind will start to slow down and stop racing around at all hours of the night if i keep up with this one!
..with myself and with my boyfriend that i am to be in bed by 10pm every night this week. Both of us are struggling to get up in the morning and in a bad habit of going to bed late. We really need to get to bed earlier!!
This goal is going to be on my list for a long time. Right now I’m concentrating on being in bed by midnight… and that’s tough.
