finish my tattoos

finally figured out how i want to cover-up one of my old tattoos and start the work on my half-sleeve. plan to get it done next weekend if all goes well. i will still be a long way from finished on my arm… but it’s worth waiting.

i have finally decided to take a stab at trying to work on this goal.
i wanted to wait until my bicep was thin enough to not look weird with tattoos all over it. i have 3 on my upper right arm… but they look out of place. i plan to get one of them covered up and work some sort of theme into it all so i can have a half-sleeve almost complete.
i plan on getting the ink done in about a month.

... because I won’t be finished for a looooong time!

I’m completing my second arm soon, but then I’ll be starting on a piece that goes from knee to armpit, all the way up the side of my body.

“Finish my tattoos” indeed!

But the problem is, I want to start a new one…

I set aside 2.2% of each paycheck for this. Specific, no? But it’s what I can afford, and it adds up quickly…

I got myself a 2-hour session for my birthday… made excellent progress on the fella on my left arm. Yay!

I have way too many unfinished tattoos. I plan to finish them before I get another one!

I got my 4 tattoos when i was too young to have them. There is one that i am ashamed to show and would like to have it covered up. Another has been unfinished for over 10 years. I don’t know why i never had it finished. It’s just one of those things you say your gonna do but never do it. I think it will help me feel a bit more comfortable with my body if I was to fix this tattoo situation. Now I just need to find some money to do it ohno

I am making excellent progress toward my emergency fund, but not so much with saving for the tattoo. I need about $500 for my next session, and, well, getting a tattoo just isn’t an emergency!

But it will come…
