BloomingIris holds her petals open for the world's embrace
See my new goal: I will now use public transit and Zipcar!!
How I did it: Browsed some national websites to see what was available within our budget. Then we narrowed down our choice of make & model that we would like. Then we checked the websites again to find matching cars, including how old a car we wanted. Once we found relevant cars, we picked the best value ones that were within 50 mile radius and travelled to test-drive. We haggled lots with the dealers and got the prices down by more than 10%. We checked that the dealer was reputable, organised our loan & bought our car!

My goal = by May 27, to have a car again. $4000, plus maybe $500 insurance? Yaay!!!!
I will take years to achieve this, and Im not being pessimistic. Boohoo, it just is.
But I did put up a mish mash of photos to help me out with my drifting, dB racing and low rider frustrations, hehehe
Carolyn1947 I am working.
I have a nice car. It is not brand new but it rides well and I like it. I am proud that I do not have lots of car maintenance concerns, but the reason I don’t is I have my car serviced regularly.
Justme2575 still trying to get the new house organized!
It was a 2004 Mustang GT, and it drove like a bat out of hell on the German autobahn!
Fate is a tricky thing sometimes. If it wasn’t for the crash of the century (a.k.a. me smashing up my ‘reo speedwagon’), I would not be living the life of luxury like I currently am. Okay, so a Ford Focus isn’t exactly a luxury but a CD player is, air conditioning is, power locks are, and CUP HOLDERS ARE! Thank you fate!
I want a car that I will Love to drive in and look at everyday, not the crappy Kia that I have now.
OHthethingsIwanttodo is cold, cold, cold
