How to make a pizza from scratch by Rachael

"Homemade pizzas are delicious, cheap to make, and healthier than frozen because you know exactly what's gone into making it :)"

How I did it: I followed a simple dough recipe (which you can adjust for your own personal tastes), used a mix of tomato pure and ketchup as a base, sprinkled grated mozzarella over it and added my choice of topping. Very simple, and very yummy!

Lessons & tips: Usually the simplest recipe is the best. If it starts out simple, you can do lots of different variations. My father, for example, likes to have oregano in the base of his pizza, as well as sprinkled over the cheese. Homemade pizzas allow you to get creative.

    as im sure 99% of the world will agree, i LURVE pizza.

    it’s just the greatest thing ever.

    and my cooking skills are the worst thing ever, so i would be intrigued to find out how one of my homemade pizzas would turn out. i just hope my kitchen is still there at the end of it.
