I’ve lost my appetite. Probably because of the stop smoking pills I’m taking. Averaging about 2 meals a day, starting sometime mid afternoon, which isn’t going to help me lose weight nor is it going to help to keep me healthy. I need to be more conscious of the day going by and make sure I eat. So far so good today. 5 years ago
in a serious way, but I’m doing better on the cravings. I finally got the dinner thing with the family under control. They don’t really even ask about going to get fast food very often anymore. Now I just have to get rid of the urge to eat late in the evening. 5 years ago
I’ve been flared up for the past few days and that means my body starts screaming for things like pudding, soup…anything with a creamy texture. Don’t know why it happens like that but it does. I’m doing ok so far caloriewise, but I’ve had to fight these food urges like crazy both yesterday and today. 5 years ago

I did great until right after lunch. I ate something I shouldn’t have, then did ok until I was cooking dinner. Mine wasn’t ready yet so I ate some of the rest of the families and then ate mine too AND ate something else I shouldn’t have. Killer thing is that I don’t usually eat like that at all, but this past week I have done it over and over and over again. I guess I just try again tomorrow. I think I do ok as long as I’m by myself, but when there are other people around 5 years ago
What the hell is going on???!!!!!! I ate crap again today!! I was doing really good, not perfect, but good and was losing weight. Now I see to be on an eating bonanza. It’s probably that whole thing about eating certain kinds of food leading to cravings for those kinds of foods, but I’m really pissed at myself today. I was willing to just go with the flow on the 3 days of birthday related food, but today is purely me not doing what I need to do to get to where I want to go. 5 years ago
Had dinner at the in-laws on Saturday. I did better on that one but then went out and had a couple of drinks with some friends so I probably blew that one too, but I’m not beating myself up for enjoying my birthday dinners.
Did better today. Probably didn’t really eat enough but I sat on my butt all day so between the overindulgence the past few days and todays inactivity it probably won’t hurt me.
Back on track on Monday. I’m just hoping the scale forgives me too…lol. 5 years ago

Ok, not only does it taste like crap, it doesn’t appear to be great on the nutrition level either. I am using CalorieCount.com to track my food and my exercise. It will give you not only an overall grade for the day as far as how well you chose your foods, but it will give foods an individual grade. So far, the meal options I have eaten have been horrible on the grading scale. The one I ate for lunch got a D+. A D+!!!! I am absolutely amazed!!! I think I was doing better on my own. I’m starting to wonder if the reason people lose weight on the diet is because eventually they lose their appetite or if all the garbage in it is so bad that your body gets rid of it as soon as it possibly gets a chance.
Damn. I was really trying to do the right thing here. I’m going to go ahead and eat it this week just to see, but I’m thinking I may just keep it around and use it for those days when I just don’t give a crap about what I eat or whether I eat or if I’m on the run and it’s better than the alternatives….though I’m wondering how much worse a Wendy’s hamburger really is than this stuff. 5 years ago
Ok, I don’t know who their taste tester is but they need to be fired. Seriously. Breakfast was good, but the two “meat” dishes I’ve eaten today both taste like really bad cafeteria food or dogfood, I’m not sure which. It’s the “meat”, if it’s really meat. It’s seriously not good at all. I’m going to eat it because I bought it and because I’m dedicated, but if they are really trying to help people lose weight they need to try to make it taste good so we’re not forced to eat something else just to remember what real food tastes like. Haven’t tried the dessert or snack foods yet. I’ll say this though, that first meal once I get to my goal is going to be divine no matter WHAT it is. 5 years ago
