Almost met my goal last week, went to the gym on Monday and Wednesday.

Dude I’ve been slacking on this hardcore. The job thing was a disaster and completely messed up my ability to go to the gym. Since I quit working there I haven’t gotten back into the swing of it, except one terrible personal training session with a really high pressure trainer who was like wayyy too sales oriented. I’ve been afraid to go back to that gym and run into him.
But, my boyfriend joined the same gym (Bally’s) recently so I want to start going w him in the AM before he has work. Also been getting more active w biking around w the bf. Let’s see if I can get back into the gym thing…
Can’t believe I’m taking “time off” after only having gone for like 2 weeks!...lol. Pathetic. But seriously, last week was my last week of freedom, and a weekend Vegas trip. And this week was the first week of the new job. So between it all I’ve cut myself some slack. Starting up again next week. Planning to go on my way to work.

Only went twice this week, but that’s better than zero. Went on Wednesday and Thursday. (Met up w a friend on Friday so I didn’t get to go.)
Discovered podcasts from NPR to listen to while I work out. Much more interesting than just the same old music. Plus I am now smarter.
Also got cute gym clothes at Old Navy this weekend. Now I won’t look like a dissheveled freakazoid.

45 mins of elliptical each day. One more week of this and I’ll switch it up, maybe throw some weights in the mix. Think I need a lock so I can lock up my ID and keys in a locker while I work out, or just bring a small bag to haul my stuff.
Went to the gym today, this is the beginning of going 3x per week! I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and now I am exhausted! Haha… I’ll enjoy my day off tomorrow and then back to the gym on Wednesday.
