go out with some of my co-workers

Totally hung out with peeps from my work at the christmas party last night. I got a little loopy with the (free!) beers, but i had a nice time of it, learned names that i’ll try and remember in future, met the girlfriend of john from the bass dept, who is into millinery for brial and off-beat weddings, made sketchy plans to go snowboarding with sayed, danced with kristy, robin, jessica and rachel to some disco beats, laughed at the limbo contest-ants… and basically felt like a hit.

i am looking forward to being buds with these people more from now on… its tough being locked away in the corner sometimes, but i think im gonna be asking whats up and making efforts to see shows that they’re playing, to support and get along.

i did need this little shindig to get my feet wet though. Thanks L&M!

I like Christmas okay, but i REALLY likes to party!

I think i can do this one and keep my cool, without being the cooler than thou technician girl in the corner. :)
