What's 'The Cheat', you ask?

The Cheat is a character from Homestarrunner.com, there is a stuffed The Cheat you can buy, but $35 plus shipping is a bit out of my price range. If I can find some el cheapo yellow fabric at the local superstore, I figure I can make one for under $10. Give or take. I really have no idea.
