so today i go to start to lost energy by more exercise and less eating food

Playing ddr is the easiest safest and funnest way of losing weight. All you have to do is play it 30 minutes or more a day to lose about 25 pounds in 2 months. For me I’ve played it 3-5 hours a day (3hrs in the morning and 2hrs at night)I’ve lost around 60-80 pounds in 3 months with ealthy eating. You should try it !!I wake up at 2am and play it ‘till 5am then at 8pm I play it ‘till 10pm. If you eat healthy all the time you will lose more.
I want to lose my weight! Truthfully!
I feel really FAT, I gained for 2 kgs, and I am still snacking!
