I love this art, activity, game, whatever you want to call it. It’s a great way to be in shape and its fun. My whole family is involved and that is the best part!
How to play capoeira
How I did it: Well, it's hard. Just keep practicing. I travel twice a week for two hours one way to go to class. I practice at home with my spouse to get better. I also like to watch youtube videos, or watch the dvd's on the art which show in slow motion how to do it. It breaks down the moves step by step. Just practice, practice, practice.
Lessons & tips: Practice.

I just started doing and have completed a beginner’s course in Capoeira and I absolutely love it.
It is so fantastic and full of energy and life and I am learning more stuff than I ever imagined or thought possible.
I’d been playing regularly for several months with Capoeira Batuque before I dropped off. Now I smoke excessively and have a lot of bad habits that let me stop myself from geting out there. I’ll probably have to postpone this while I go to Costa Rica, but soon …
