get better at singing

I’ve been having SLS lessons for a couple of years on and off, and am finding confidence and skill increasing (the two defintely go hand in hand!) but I want to get better – i’m going to focus on some exams, see if that gets me confident enough to do something serious with this…

Oh, I haven’t updated this one in awhile. I just wrote an e-mail to a singing instructor today, and now I have to wait for his answer :). I hope that it somehow works out, since the prices and conditions are really good :D.

As for this local music school—the problem is that they have a waiting time of about two years, and I don’t know whether I will stay in Aachen then, since I wanted to study at university or college (we will see) then. :( Probably for only one year or so, and this just isn’t enough.

Oh well, I still am happy about the fact I have done something for it :D. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please!! (GANBARIMASU!!)

I have got good news :). We (my mother and me) went to a local music school this week. We talked to the secretary and the headmaster there (both were really, really nice), and the latter gave us the phone number of a singing instructor (?—Correct term?). We’ll call her as soon as possible, but before that, I’d like to learn to sing a certain song, so that, if she asks me to sing something, I won’t be the one mumbling something or so.

So, in short this means : I will get singing lessons very soon :). Maybe next year, it will start. Plus, I will get piano lessons. They also offer music theory and simillar things there, including a course for future students at music academies.

I am so incredibly happy :) ...
