weallareone is in challenging times! and not confident she'll meet the challenge!
I have been jogging on and off the last few months which is great.
I ripped my calf muscle dancing a while back so haven’t really gotten back into the swing of jogging just yet, this morning I went for my jog which was good- more like a walk with a few jogs in it, but progress is good- I haven’t jogged in a week or two.
I’ve been using http://www.dailymile.com to record my exercise which is great!
although I’m no where near where I’d like to be on this goal I am seeing that jogging is becoming a normal part of my life, albeit inconsistently.
Yayy me :)

I compromised, I’d been bringing the dogs with me too but this morning, to make it easier I left them at home. Very unusual for me as it’s a shame they don’t get to come to the beach too, but the little one Sasha is rather difficult on the lead running under my feet and if I let her off she doesn’t stay near me and I end up waiting ages for her to come back.
Ahh well, I disciplined myself to go even thoguh i didn’t want to and i did feel better after it :)
Doing my yoga tonight with my friend also so that’ll be great too!

I’m not long back from 2 weeks of training courses with Frontier Trainings, with Clinton Swaine (Genius).
since I’ve been home I’ve gotten up between 5.30-6.30am, feeling refreshed, I’ve done my yoga, and gone for a run by the beach with the dogs.
I saw a client of mine for he first time since I went away and she commented on how much weight I’ve lost.
I feel great, I’ve got energy, I can move freely, I look and feel goood!!
I’ve lost about half a stone in weight, which is awesome, I’m almost back to my optimum physique which is awesome!!
I’m looking forward to maintaining this and experiencing the way I’ll feel in a few weeks time!! I’ll be able to much more comfortably fit into my clothes again :-)
I love being me!

over the last few months, it’s enough to maintain basic, minimal fitness levels but it’s not enough to bring my fitness where I want to be.
In terms of muscle definition my biceps and calves are strong, my stomach area and thighs could do with a little more toning.

walking dogs, yoga and pcals being the activities
tomorrow will be a challenge, I’d say I’m going to make a decision not to exercise tomorrow as that’s realistic, considering the plan I have in place,
I was given a ticket to attend Performance Revolution, a Christopher Howard Training which I’m delighted with :)
I know I’ll get such a boost from it :D
Actually now I think about it, I’m sure they’ll be an opportunity to do some form of exercise throughout the day!
