In 2005 my significant other and I flew to Paris and took trains to Rome, Lake Como, and Venice. That was my first and only trip so far. It was a great trip! I would like to go back to see other parts of France (learning to speak French now!) as well as Italy.
Other places in Europe that interest me are London, Dublin, Amsterdamn, Belguim, Copenhagen, Berlin and many other places in Eastern europe.
I hope to spend at least two weeks maybe four on the next trip!

The last time I did that was back in 2001 with my ex-husband and traveled with him was no fun at all. It was a back packed trip. Exhausted all the time and we were not in good term the whole trip. Separated from him now. The bravest thing I ever did and never look back on this sour relationship again.
Hence, I am really planning to travel Europe again and this time must be with someone I really love.

My family went to Europe 3 summers ago for a month. My dad had to do some stuff for work in Italy, so the company ended up paying for almost everything on our trip for a whole month! It was so cool! I think he made a deal about instead of having a business seat he would take that extra money for other stuff instead. or something. so at the end, we even had some extra money for my dad to get a motorcycle. it was a great deal.
so anyway, we started in London, and then drove across Europe to get to where my dad was working in Torino, Italy. So we went through France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria (for about 10 minutes), and finally Italy to get there. Then we stayed in Italy for 2 weeks and took trips by train to Rome, Florence, and Venice. And we had friends in Torino where we had a little apartment thingy, so we got to hang out with them a lot and stuff. And we got to eat gelato at least once a day! and tiramisu of course. mmm :) Then we drove back up, stopping in Switzerland for a few days to visit our relatives and ending up back in London to catch a flight home!
I really liked this small town in France called Verdun. It was like a war town from WWI and in the place that we stayed, there was a basement where people actually hid out and stuff. it was amazing! but it was blocked off so we couldn’t go down there. Everything else in that town was really cool too.
But yeah, it was a great trip that i hope i never forget. I got to do and see soo many things that most other people don’t have a chance to do. We saw a bunch of castles, museums, art, we saw the Coliseum, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triumph, the canals of Venice, the Vatican, tons of famous churches, David, the London Bridge, the Tower of London, and soo many other things. not to mention the AMAZING food. wow.
So obviously, I want to go back and see more of Europe!!

Last year’s trip to Greece was phenomenal. I’m such a Type A person by nature…and for that trip, I let the world take care of me. I was so relaxed, I didn’t even remember to bring my friends’ phone number with me (for which I received no end of scolding).
So I want to do it again. They’ve moved, I think, from Greece to Italy…so if they’ll have me, I think I’ll go explore another part of Europe. See what suits me. Make use of this passport.
And, mostly, teach myself another lesson about self-reliance and trust in the world.

One of the best experiences I had was when I traveled to Paris last November. Since then, I always wished I could go back. I also wanted to visit Rome, Milan, Madrid, Brussels, Stockholm… and a lot more!
