swim in the Mississippi

It was kind of slimy and creatures that looked like leaches but it’s all good!

it’s messy and dirty and kind of scary.
i jumped in in st louis.
it has been some of the best fun i’ve ever had though.
can’t imagine what the barge workers were thinking….”who is that crazy chick swimming in the middle of the river in her underwear?”
image is of my entry point on a sort of safer sand bar across from south broadway in st louis called east corondelet. i think that is the name. do it do it.
i live in lafayette la now and i just can’t wait to find a great entry down here.

Tom Sayer & Huckleberry Hound .. on a raft…heading down the old’ sippy… drinking beers and talking bout women….They looked cool as. I wanna jump in the sippy’ and swim about. If theres any crocs etc… in there, may have to change this goal to ’ look at the mississippi and throw a pebble in it because I’m too scared to go in it.’
