Visit Japan again

I was there earlier this year, loved it and want to go back!!

I’ve been to Japan once, almost a year ago, and got to see Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyoto. I would love to go again!

Kyoto to visit Junko
Shopping with Aki
Pick up Kansai-ben
Go to snowy mountains in Hokkaido and watch monkeys from a boat or onsen (especially this)
Eat Okonomiyaki without burning a hole in my wallet

I stayed in Japan for 3 months with my ex girlfriends family.

I really think I would love to stay there again.

You know someplace is special for you when ages after the fact, your still remembering and recalling it with longing…

Between that and backpacking off into the winds of fate, these are the two biggest yearnings I have right now…

i grew up in japan. and i miss it now and then. i wanna go back just for a few months.

Do it once – great. You get a little bit of an idea of what’s available. Do it again? Choose an area away from the cities and stay there for a good period. It’s the best way to really experience the culture. And even then, you’ll need to come back many more times to even come close to understanding all the nuances and intricacies of Japanese society.

Just like what i said when i first visit Japan, only your mom can help you…

Next time we go I want to get the rail pass and travel down the countryside.

I went in the beginning of November and loved every minute of it! I cannot wait to go again and would like to get back there in a few years!

Was there for 2 year while in the Air Force. Spent too much time partying and being miserable (sometimes simultaneously) to appreciate where I was. Don’t get me wrong, I visited a few places and enjoyed the local culture and cuisine. I would just like to go as a tourist and do all that touristy stuff.
