No Cape Horn in sight

I am sailing around the world in 2009 but we are taking the Panama Canal so unless something happens to the canal between now and 2009 Cape Horn will have to be done later in life
How to round cape horn
It made me 
"Rounded Cape Horn aboard the ship National Geographic Explorer while positioning from Talcahuano to Ushuaia."
How I did it: In the absence of tall ships rounding the Horn, I got a job on a cruise...err, expedition travel...ship and got paid to go around the Horn. Weather has fine then and during several subsequent crossings of the Drake Passage, so no good stories there.

an unpralleled experience I will probably never be able to do again. I was fortunate enough to round Cape Horn with Flo, Dani, Kate and JF; check www.wildlifesail.org. I was on Wildlife for 2 months.
