    1. I’m compassionate, and I genuinely do care about others and want to be helpful.
    2. I can get up and go to a yoga class even when I am feeling like I have NOT got the energy to make it through – and be gentle with myself so that I can make it through.
    3. My teeth – they’re straight and healthy
    4. My handwriting, which is pretty when I’m not in too much of a hurry.
    5. I can express myself well in speech and words.

    And that’s a week’s worth right there. W00t! :D

    Okay, so these aren’t exactly consecutive days, but I figure that doing seven of them will still count as a “week.” :D

    1. I’ve learned to lose my temper gracefully
    2. I make an effort to give my son a wide variety of interesting experiences
    3. I’m courageous
    4. I love all sorts of creatures, even (sometimes especially) ones that other people find creepy (bats, snakes, spiders, etc.).
    5. I’ve learned to “treat” myself to nice things without feeling guilty about it, or wondering whether or not I “deserve” them.

    1. I do finish things that I start
    2. I make an effort to be as mindful as possible as I go through my life
    3. I have a healthy body which does the things I want it to do
    4. I’m resourceful and can be good at using things I’ve got on hand
    5. I’m open to all sorts of new experiences, and love to try new things



    Day Four 3 years ago

    1. I’m not afraid to look at difficult or painful issues in my life, and try to understand them and let them go
    2. I’m willing and able to stand up for myself when necessary
    3. I take great photos
    4. I can play the piano
    5. I enjoy the way I dance
