Unagi (eel) is one of my favorite foods.
If there are any Japanese food places in the area, they should have it.
And if anyone’s afraid of trying it, don’t be; the texture is harmless and I’ve never met anyone who spit it out in disgust.
It just tastes like some sort of fish, I suppose. I think the texture is similar to salmon, while the taste’s completely different.
