I paid $42 to have my credit history returned via email within 24 hours today. I was sure it was clean, but wanted to be completely certain before our broker completes the loan application!

Phew .. it looks pretty good .. and emailled it to our broker for review.

Without wanting to rush into anything .. if we can find a place before the end of the year, we can avoid stamp duty as first home buyers. How exciting!! 21 months ago
