How to make a cheesecake by utopya

How I did it: I found a great recipe online and just started. To crush the cookies I used for the crust I put them in a plastic bag and smashed them with a hammer - worked perfect! I put blueberries on top. It tasted wonderful, though the crust was a bit too soft. Maybe use other cookies, or pre-bake it without the cream cheese.

Lessons & tips: Find a recipe you like and just get going! I'm going to make another one for Easter with another type of cookies, so experiment a bit, and if the first one isn't exactly like you want to, just try again! :)

    Not as difficult as I thought. Of course, this is a no bake cheesecake :D

    Ingredients required:
    1) Cream cheese
    2) Oreo
    3) A little bit of butter

    Steps:
    1) Divide the Oreo into cream and cookies.
    2) Crunch the cookies in the container with a little bit of butter (this will be the base)
    3) In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and the oreo cream (this substitutes the sugar) together. Pour into the container and freeze.
