I want to start a foundation to help very low income people by buying run down homes and fixing them up. Then give them to familys that are in need of a home for free and clear. I want to make them happy and safe in there own home. I want to help familys stay together and off the streets. I seen tomany familys get pulled apart and put in the streets. This is my goal to help others. I hope to GOD that I can get help from thoes who have money and help me help thoes who have nothing. So I hope that I can get help to start this foundation so I can start helping others. 2 months ago
How I did it: This all happened suddenly I made my decision early yesterday after I got word on my best friends sons condition, this is a very sad matter and I want to help families and the youth of our community to stop the violence between one another I will make a change, and be the one who these families can rely on in their time of need. I have two small children of my own and the way society is today is terrible I'm only 23 but while I was growing up there wasn't this much violence in between teenage kids and the abuse these children have to go through I want to help in any way, shape or form possible. Last night I lost someone very near and dear to my heart he was only 16 he lost his life due to teen violence he left a mother behind and two older siblings. I want to start a foundation in his memory for teens whom have been victims of violence, or have been abused sexually, I want to be the go to person when they can’t/scared to tell their parents. I want to make a support group for the families and check on the kids whom come from detention homes to see if I can counsel or help in any way, I have two young children myself we need some type of organization/support for these teens and their parents. 20 months ago
Hello. As I sat today, I realized so many people have created funds and foundations in memory of loved ones to help others who may be going through things. Foundations for families and children, CHD, Cancer, Diabetes. Most are in memory of a person who passed from something. Well my dad was a police officer who was murdered in 1989 while responding to a robbery. He was off duty and walked in on a burglary. Being such an awesome man he was, he lept into action but sadly was shot and later died. That was one of the saddest days of my life. Now I want to give back, I want to help the families who lose a mom or dad, husband or wife while patroling our streets and end up paying the ultimate sacrifice. 22 months ago
