Start a foundation

Hi! i want to see a foundation built for single parents because i think this is one issue that is very common all over the globe,no i am not generalizing so i hope i don’t offend anyone out there. being a single parent is one of the most difficult jobs to undertake not only financially but also emotionally,socially, and psychologically. this people are sometimes victims of circumstances so we should not judge them and say “they deserve whatever they are going through right now”. it is not fair to them and their children. we can help them by building a center where they can learn entreprenuer skills or other livelihood projects, so that they can take care of their family better. this is especially true for people in countries where there is not enough government projects or support for single parents and their kids. i should know because i am a single mother with four boys. we could also have counselling programs for the children of single parents. if you are interested and want to help this goal come true. you can email me at paoladiliman4@yahoo.com. hope to hear from you soon.

Hi my name is Olayinka Sanni , i am from Chicago Il. i want to start a foundation for young children that dreams of playing any type of sports. I want to really concentrate in working with Nigerian families. I grew up in a house hold of 4 and my parents would never allow any of my siblings to play any activities. Both of my parents are Nigerian and very strict about school.
So now I have graduated from WVU with a Degree in Communications. I earned a full ride scholarship to basketball for West Virginia University .
So i just want to help and teach children that anything is possible ….

I WOULD LOVE TO START A FOUNDATION TO HELP THE YOUNGER KIDS WHO ARE IN THEIR TEENS TO STAY OUT OF TRUOBLE AND FOCUS ON THEIR DREAMS. I WANT MY FOUNDATION TO HELP KIDS REACH FOR THE STARS IF THEY HAVE TALENT IN DANCING, SINGING, RAPPING, MODELLING, ACTING AND SO ON. ALL I NEED IS SOME HELP FROM A GOOD SUPPORT TEAM TO HELP MAKE MY DREAMS HAPPEN, AND THAT IS STARTING THE “JEWELS YOUNG TALENTED PEOPLE FOUNDATION”. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO DIFFERENT HIGH SCHOOLS AND SPEAK OUT TO THE KIDS AND HAVE THEM JOIN MY FOUNDATION IF THEY WANT TO KEEP AWAY FROM TROUBLE AND FOCUS MORE ON THEIR TALENT AND DREAMS. ONCE THEY JOIN MY FOUNDATION, I WOULD LOVE FOR ALL THE TEENS WITH SPECIAL TALENT TO SHOW OFF THEIR TALENT BY DOING LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL SHOWS IN PEP RALLIES, THIS WILL KEEP THEM FOCUS AND REACHING FOR THE STARS. AND I WOULD LOVE TO DO FUNDRAISER’S TO HELP GAIN MONEY FOR THE HOMELESS AND ALSO FOR THE KIDS WHO WOULD LOVE TO GO OUT OF STATE TO SHOW OFF THEIR TALENT INFRONT OF VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY THAT INVOLVES, SINGING, DANCING RAPPING, ACTING, MODELLING AND SO ON!!!! Not so recently I found out that one of my dad’s close friends has cancer. She doesn’t just have one type of cancer; it’s all over her body. The first time I went to see her in the hospital, she looked fine. It appeared that her situation wasn’t bothering her, but I knew that she had to be scared. A couple of months later, about a week ago, I went to the hospital to see her again. I couldn’t even tell that it was her lying in the bed, and I just wanted to cry. She had lost her hair, and she looked like she was about 80 years old. She couldn’t talk much at all, and she could barely catch her breath (she also has cancer in her throat). Along with me and my dad, my little sister came along, and when we went to the hospital, one of my dad’s other friend was there (she’d been at the hospital for about 6 straight hours), and my dad’s friend (the one that has cancer)’s boyfriend was also there. After leaving the hospital, the other friend came with us to get something to eat. She told us that while she was at the hospital, the other friend (I’ll call her T) said she was afraid to die before she was saved.

I’m a senior in high school in Troy, and I wanted to do something to help out with cancer research. I’ve heard of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure research foundation, and I wanted to do something that would provide funding for ALL types of cancer, and not just limited to breast cancer. This story hits so close to home, and I couldn’t just sit around, and hope that she would get better. I needed to get out there and find some way to help. I believe that there is so much that we as people can do for the people of our community, even if we don’t personally know them. And I was just wondering if there was anyone that could help me in researching how to start my own foundation in dedication to my friend.

I have this type of brain cancer which is in remission right now. But to find financial help for brain cacer paients that may be dissableled as I am is all but impossible. I still have $20,000.00

I want to start this foundation for kids. I will like to be able to help give to kids who family can not provide for them doing special times of the year like christmas,thanksgiving,graduation and etc… I will give up all i have to stop the tears from running down a childs face and to see a child happy. I feel like this foundation will make a change i alot of kids life, just so they can have at lease one day that they will remember from there childhood. I don’t have much and i have a son and i do everything in my power to see him happy and i will do everything in my power to see other kids happy if it take my life. thanks

My name is Christopher Smith and i have been battling cancer since July 2007. I have been wanting to start a foundation to help people with money mainly. I have found out that the biggest thing right now is coping with gas prices. It has really affected me having to travel 6 days a week for chemo. Different places have given us gas cards and stuff lie that which has been a blessing. I want to be able to do the same thing. I want to be able to go out and buy a 200 dollar gas card from sheetz and hand it to someone who it will help out. How would i go about doing something like this?
