This is too vague for me. I have specific strengths I’ll be working on as different goals.

StrengthsQuest 2 years ago

1) Intellection – You like to think. You are the kind of person who enjoys your time alone because it is your time for musing and reflection. You are introspective. Wherever it leads you, this mental hum is one of the constants of your life.

2) Self-assurance – In the deepest part of you, you have faith in your strengths. You know that you are able – able to take risks, able to meet new challenges, able to stake claims, and, most important, able to deliver. And because no one sees exactly way you see, you know that no one can make your decisions for you. They can guide. They can suggest. But like the keel of a ship, it withstands many different pressures and keeps you on your course.

3) Arranger – You are a conductor. When faced with a complex situation involving many factors, you enjoy managing all of the variables, aligning and realigning them until you are sure you have arranged them in the most productive configuration possible.

4) Relator – The Relator theme pulls you toward people you already know. Once the initial connection has been made, you deliberately encourage a deepening of the relationships. The more you share with each other, the more you risk together. The more you risk together, the more each of you proves your caring is genuine. These are your steps toward real friendship, and you take them willingly.

5) Focus – “Where am I headed?” you ask yourself. You ask this question every day. Lacking one, your life and work can quickly become frustrating. Your Focus reminds everyone that if something is not helping you move toward your destination, then it is not important. And if it is not important, then it is not worth your time.

Runner-ups were
Ideation (fascinated by ideas, connections, concepts)
Positivity (I’m not so relentlessly positive as their description),
Significance (I do crave recognition, but more on a personal one-on-one level w/ certain people),
+ Empathy, Learner, Connectedness, and Responsibility mixed in.

My reminder.. 3 years ago

I know, this message is coming at you—and you’re sitting there with the, “What am I doing on this idea” thread.

Develop your strengths.
Know them, recite them, explore them, try them out.

A little bit helps.
