I love it. Especially in the morning, it’s so refreshing and nice. Then you get to go home and have a nice warm shower and feel all good about doing some exersize lol. Definatly a good thing, i don’t understand how you can NOT enjoy something like that. x

Used to run in Boston. In Winter. In snow. With the sea-breeze in my face. Exhilarating!
Spring and Fall are my favorite times for running outdoors, summer is ok but winter…oh winter! Cold, slush, snow and ice – not a great mix. Is there a strategy to enjoy running in this? Not that treadmills aren’t an option but that would involve a gym membership – and I much prefer an outdoors run with my dog happily trotting along beside me.
