I don’t know why I can’t loss my weight. In fact i’m not that fat. But in past few year my weight get more and more. And now my weight stable. But my skinny body is GONE. So how can I loss weight?

I have been trying to lose weight for years so that I can feel better about myself. I was at my goal weight a few years ago but I have slowly gained it back. I really need to acheive this goal because I know it will help me to feel more confident. I plan to lose 35lbs. by august 2009 at the latest. When I am over weight it’s extremely hard to feel confident or energetic. I have started and stopped many weight loss plans but I am determined to follow through this time. I’m sick of going around in circles all because of a lack of self-discipline.
I have joined the gym this year and it is very important that I make an effort to visit the gym every day or at the very least once a week.
hey pupil….i am just a bit too fat…. and i am a gud singer and dancer …. wonder how can i dance wid fatness?? but i actually can…. but i think this obesity is relly affecting ma body shape and flexibility….i am actully 13yrs now …. i am 5’5 inches….and 90 kgs…uhh….horrible….pls….

i just planned ma new diet…..i play basketball evry day now…
and i do practise both belly dance and hip hop…
and ma voice bcame bettr….wow…i am gonna loss more weight…lemme….see….pupil if u hav any comments…pls lemme know

i’ve tried before a lot of things but hopefully this year i can do it… i’m trying now the after 6 diet… the natural way…
Who knew simply counting calories and knowing your metbolism would be such a help. I got tested and told that about 1500 calories was what I could have and lose weight…and less than that would be ever better. I stay during the week between 1200-1300
and weekends 1500 daily. I keep track at Calorie King .com and now its second nuture….25 lbs gone…more to go but dang!!!
