i pulled a muscle in my back which left me backbend-less for quite a while.

i can go from a backbend into a negativa now.
and i can stand up kinda sideways, but i can tell i’m not using the right muscles to do it…

it’s gotta stop raining so that the ground isn’t mush.
there’s no space to practice this in my weensy apartment so i have to go to the park. but it’s not easy to flip when i’m sunk to my wrist in loam. *argh

well, i can do a backbend from a lying down position. and i can flip over to the side.
it was suggested that i use a wall to climb up and down with my hands to build up strength. i can’t in my house cause there’s absolutely no room, but i’ll try and find a secluded corner in one of the local parks that doesn’t smell too much of piss.
