...start getting to sleep at around nine or ten. I’ll try this for a month and see how it goes. If I manage to do it, I’ll consider this goal complete.
EDIT: Got into bed at nine yesterday, though didn’t fall asleep until eleven because my retarded brothers were making a racket and keeping me awake. I guess it’s a start. I’ll try again today.

Trying really hard to go to sleep before 2am, however, what I feel at evening (just a hour more) is a lot more different that what I thought at the morning of the same day (WHY DIDN’T I GO TO SLEEP EARLIER).
Like Jerry said it once – It is like 2 completely different people.

I’ve been trying, hard, and I’ve been getting it, it’s just that sometimes in night I start cleaning my room LOL and I have a lot of stuff to do in the night sometimes.. but as long as I try I can get it before midnight, yeah

My new goal is to wake up early to go to the gym. I’m getting ready to run for a male beauty pageant so that requires a lot of working out. I want to wake up at 7 a.m. so I can hit the gym by 8 a.m.
My new plan is to go to bed early on workout days, like midnight or something.

I finally tried this for a couple of weeks, and it not worth it. My body would feel lethargic, my heart felt weird all morning. I can say that I your body is not as tired as sleeping less hours, but when you come to see, you did cut a much of hours from your day. With so much to do lately I am wasting to much time resting if I go to sleep early.
The problem was, that even I was sleeping earlier around (9-10pm), my body would not wake up until 6am, so I had less hours in the real work day to do stuff and felt guilty because of the things I still have to do.

I only sleep late on weekends or when I am fairly stressed out. I’m so glad that I know more about myself now and my sleeping patterns. I also sleep late with my boyfriend but we both share wacky night schedules so it is all good.

I have two more weeks left before I can say that I accomplished this goal.
The main goal of this was to go to sleep early so that I can go work out at the gym or wake up early enough to do some chores.
I have been quite successful at this and my body has been really reflecting all of my effort. I sometimes still sleep a little bit later than usual, but I don’t stay up till 2 a.m., even on weekends and I’m totally fine with that.

and I’m still up. Yeah, I have always had ascrewed up sleeping schedule. I suffer when I go to school early, I can’t concentrate on what the professor is saying. not right. Gota go to sleep early – maybe 11pm? I’m known for lasting until 5:30am awake, not doing anything just online.

Still four weeks….
Sadly, I stayed up till 1:45 a.m. last night chatting with friends from California. I tend to stay up late I’m much more emotionally stressed out. Fortunately, today is my last day of work for the week.
