i keep gaining and losing weight and its really annoying. every time i start to lose weight, i start gaining it again. i need like 2 weeks to dedicate to this goal so i can finally do this, and more importantly, keep it off!

After getting my appetite back from being sick I gained the weight back. (What do you expect when you can’t do anything for two weeks?) I have lost weight the healthy way since. I am now 140 lbs! I have about 20 pounds to go, before I’m back to a healthy weight for me. =) I have started making better food choices, and drinking only water, sometimes cranberry juice. I started jogging again, and have been continuing working out at the gym.
I got really sick and just lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks. It’s really unhealthy, and I didn’t want to lose it that way. So I’m not going to count this as done. My goal is to lose another 25 pounds (the healthy way).
getting my wisdom teeth removed & being medically unable to eat is certainly not going to hurt this.. haha :)
