I want to keep exercising! If I lose my momentum now, I won’t keep it up. It’s hard to stay motivated, especially when it’s cold and gloomy outside. The treadmill makes it a little easier, but I’m a stay-at-home mom and no one is forcing me to workout! I need encouragment.

i have have started almost 2 months ago and i have been consistent and i am hoping to follow all the way through ..and for the rest of my life
I run now, mostly because I’m training for a marathon (also on my list!), but I want to make it a permanent part of my life. I love the way I feel when I run, but sometimes it’s so hard to get out there and do it.
i get told im real skinnys already but i shtill need to execise more or all that puppy fat will never go!
My knee/leg is getting better! That’s a relief!
Can’t do all that much yet, but I can do the exercises that I got right now to heal and get stronger, and so I have been!
I have to do this to keep strong and not get pains and aches and problems with my back, and joints in general. I know it, and still I have such a hard time with the disciplin.
Now my knee got bad for a while, and it’s a reminder… I just have to keep on doing the exercises to get better. I wish there was a way to really long for it, to make it easy, simple… Well, I guess when you have fallen out of the routine, the first step back is the most difficult one….
after knee surgery – here I go!!
Feels good, can’t remember why I stopped..
Basic hygiene, right?
I just started exercising, just to lose a bit of weight, and I find myself feeling very good about myself. Its only been 2 weeks, but everytime I do I feel great. Eveyone should at least give it a try, even if its just running on a treadmill, taking a walk, or if you are the more determined typed, going hardcore on a gym membership. Hooray for everyone.
exercising. I have never wanted/needed to exercise more in my life. I actully love exercising. I love the way my body moves and gets sore and gives me lean muscle in return. love it.
