My circadian cycles are currently fantastically messed up, and I sleep about four hours every weeknight.
That’s really bad.
I’m going to try to go to sleep earlier on weeknights and do my stuff on weekends instead.

I might be in bed that long, but I have a tendency to let my mind spin when I get into bed. Eight hours of good rest would be wonderful!

I’ve recently had the opportunity to sleep 8+ hours every night, because of my class schedule…and it makes all the difference in the day!

So being ill with some head infection of goop and nastiness meant I’m actually getting “enough” sleep which is a good thing… it also meant I laughed out loud at the nurse practitioner when she told me to cut back on some things and relax. I told her I’m a grad student with six weeks left and my husband’s unemployed… there’s no where left to cut back. Add to that the stress of having my therapist seem pointless this afternoon and it just ends up being a sad sad story.
Creature of the night ♥ is fre$h 2 D3ath!
I try to sleep 8 hours every night but when I wake up I just feel more tired when I went to sleep in the first place.
I think I am close enough to sleeping 8 hours a night to call this an accomplished goal. Not every night, but I sleep as much as I need and that is good enough for me.
I am getting over a seizure disorder and have been medication free for a little while. I just had a neurologist appt and she reminded me of the importance of getting lots of sleep. She said on average I should get no less than 8 hours. This will help my all over health and I’ll feel better. Problem: I am a college student taking alot of tough courses to get my Physical Therapy degree. I love what I’m doing, but I can’t lie it takes more memorization than time allows on a given night. This makes it tough to get the needed amount of sleep. I want to reorganize my time and efforts to make sleep more of a priority without making my family or my boyfriend to feel neglected. tough, but hopefully a possible accomplishment for me!
