Being grateful for what’s in my life is one key to this.
I try to remember when I’m having a difficult time in life that it WILL be okay.
Some of the hardest times in my life have been blessings in disguise. In the moment I may not feel this way but once through it, I can look back and go…far out I did it!!
Some lessons take a life time. I always have friends. If I can’t turn to friends for whateva reason there’s ALWAYS prayer.
I remember times when I wanted to leave this world and when my kids were taken away from me. I could have checked out then. With no freaken idea how I was going to get through I kept going.
I’m still here and being with my kids for over 3 years now. It’s the little things I deal with today. There’s too much joy and love left to experience yet <3

Tough to do this today, but after a telephone call from a friend, a chat with my neighbour, and the wonderful support from 43T people, I am feeling much better. Need to be confident, and determined that things will be ok.

This is a game that you play for 5 minutes a day, that, it says, will help raise your self-esteem through getting you into the practice of being able to notice positive facial expressions in people, rather than negative.

Had a rather welcome turning point today, listed under the ‘learn to love myself’ goal, http://www.43things.com/people/progress/Clickchic/2910638 and think it may be partly due to having this on my list of goals and seeing it every day. It’s good to be making progress, feeling a little stronger.
