Get my eyes lasered.

I’m still scared of this, but I still want to do it…

I’m 6 months post surgery and still 20/20. There was only one day of pain and it’s been clear sailing and vision ever since.

Really, it’s worth doing!

I had it done nearly 2 years ago. I still have perfect vision and it was definately one of the best things I’ve done.
Make sure you want to do it for yourself, and that no-one holds you back .. especially when they say ‘How much??!’

My optician friend told me to find a surgeon who has a really good history and look through his records at the results.

well I did think switching to contacts would be a half way point to this goal, but no joy there, my eye’s won’t work with contacts apparently. Hopefully the laser eye surgery won’t say the same thing.

Just had my eyes checked yesterday and my prescription hasn’t stablised. 0.75 and 0.15 diopter changes. Won’t be getting lasik anytime soon…

Anyone know when the mean/median age for laser surgery is?
